Marnie Kimelman was a Canadian teenager who traveled to Israel in 1990 with a tour group to work on a kibbutz and explore the country. On July 28, 1990, while spending a day at the beach in Tel Aviv with friends, Marnie was critically injured by a bomb planted by a terrorist. She was rushed to the hospital but tragically passed away several hours later at just 17 years old. Marnie is remembered for her youthful spirit, adventurous heart, and love for Israel.
