David Blozarsky was born on January 25, 1957, in the United States to Moshe and Dina. When he was six months old, the family made aliyah and settled in Haifa. David attended both elementary and high school in the city.
He was drafted into the IDF in August 1976 and served in the Communications Corps.
On August 10, 1977, David was accidentally shot while on duty. He died a week later, on August 17, in the hospital in Zefat. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
