Michaela "Mica", daughter of Orit and Tal Levit, was born on April 9, 1999 in the United States. A younger sister to Ariel and a big sister to Eili Samuel. Michaela immigrated to Israel in 2016 and settled in Kibbutz Kinneret, where she took ulpan classes. On November 15, 2017, she joined the IDF and served as a lone soldier in the infantry, combat training school. She had just moved to an apartment with other lone soldiers in Hadera and was going through the army’s team leader training course (Course Makim).
Sergeant Michaela Levitt was killed during her service on May 15, 2019. She was just 20 years old and she was brought to rest in the Miami Cemetery in the United States. She leaves behind her parents and two brothers.
