Laor Abramov, a 20-year old American-Israeli from from New Jersey, was murdered by Hamas terrorist at the Supernova Music Festival near Re'im on October 7. He was missing for several days, with his family clinging to hope after receiving sporadic texts from him Saturday morning that he was hiding. Ultimately they received word that he had been killed. He had made aliyah in 2022. He was an inspired DJ who dreamed of following in the footsteps of his father, who was known as DJ Darvish. His father called Laor a bashful gentle giant.
He was survived by his father David and his mother Michal Halev.
